There are currently only three different Specializations in The Division 2, but Ubisoft has plans for more. Grenade Unlock: Flashbang DLC Specialists Once you do, try picking off enemies at range or focusing your precision shots on bosses. Both explosives should let you disorient nearby enemies and relocate to a better sniping position. If you find your back against the wall, this is also the only class that gets the old fashioned frag grenade. They unlock a special crossbow to help them silently eliminate enemies, too. Survivalists are, as their name heavily implies, great at staying alive through traps and status effects. The idea is that you use it to make enemies stumble out from behind their protection and blow them away with the flurry of bullets.Īlso comes with the P320 XCompact sidearm. The Gunner also has the Banshee Signature SKill which ignores cover and confuses targets. When activated, The Gunner gets bonus armor based on how much Specialization ammo they are carrying.

It’s worth noting that those without the season pass can still unlock the specializations through gameplay!īut for now, let’s take a look at what each of those classes has to offer (based on what we know about the game so far)!
